  I used to love coming here until tonight. They messed up my husbands order, he ordered a medium steak and lasagna. The steak was blue rare and the lasagna was bland. When he let them know in a polite way, the lady said “everyone likes our lasagna”. Honestly that shouldn’t matter, in good business practice, the customer is always right no matter what. When he said no I want something else, she said okay but you have to pay still, and that she was willing to take a few dollars off. They were so cheap. I’ve been to places where if they messed up they’ll get you a new one or not charge. Not them. My husband was not happy. He never complains and I have never heard him get upset before. When he told them how frustrated he was she continued to argue, saying that there’s no point making another meal cause he won’t be satisfied anyways. In the end she took 7$ off. It was so disappointing. Never coming back here again.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE!! WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! ORDERED OUR PIZZA TODAY @ 6:30...DIDNT RECEIVE IT UNTIL 8:15!? AND WHEN I CALLED BACK FOR THE "4th" TIME...I WAS RUDLY LEFT ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES AND NEVER RETURNED TO..THAN CALLED BACK ONCE MORE TO SAY WELL ORDER ELSEWHERE AS THERES NO WAY IT WOULD BE FRESH(and it wasnt) N SPOKE TO A WOMAN WHO I EXPECT IS THE OWNER..SHE RUDLY TOLD ME THE PIZZA WOULD BE FRESH N HUNG UP ON ME MID SENTENCE..

  Im all for supporting small local businesses..BUT THEY EARNED LOSING A LOYAL CUSTOMER.. terrible customer service.no respect..and shotty pizza
